Dorsch is not the typical car dealer we used to hate many years ago. It is a very friendly, well light, comfortable facility. The service is what I expect, and the prices are very competitive. Recently I replaced my tires; after shopping around I found the best deal with brand-name tires at Dorsch. I trust my vehicle to their care, I got a free car wash coupon worth seven dollars, two dollars off from my last visit, and my next service is free: can't beat that. My service advisor John Collins was prompt, friendly and very helpful. Call me crazy, but I actually look forward to getting my car serviced at Dorsch. More

I ahd a recall notice and when I called to schedule the visit the service consultant knew exactly what I needed. The appointment was scheduled in 2 days. I was given a drive to work and was picked up when visit the service consultant knew exactly what I needed. The appointment was scheduled in 2 days.
