Very disappointed how the manager took up for the worker (Cindy) who held my car on the lot several days after it was repaired. This is the first dealership that I have ever experience keeping a car on th (Cindy) who held my car on the lot several days after it was repaired. A professional dealership would have called the owner once the car was ready and a good manager would have questioned and notice that the car was parked for several days in the same spot after being repaired. Who can afford to leave their car at any dealership without a loaner car for several days when the car is ready for pickup and staff refused to notify you that your vehicle is ready? More

I was just randomly looking at cars online and called the dealership up 45 minutes before they closed to see if this car was available and it was. Went up there to look at it and loved it. Had to come back Monday to test drive it and talk numbers due to the car not fully being ready to sale as they just got it in. But the whole time Yanchy and the PreOwned Sales Manager were amazing explained everything great, helped get me the best deal and financing available to me. I was not rushed through it was a nice and friendly environment and that can be hard to find in a dealership that just wants to push out numbers and not know anything about their customer. More
