Absolutely the most unprofessional and shady dealership to work with. DO NOT BUY HERE. They will lose your paperwork multiple times to avoid paying you money owed and then attempt to defraud you out of more money by claiming you were the reason paperwork isn’t submitted properly. They like to play charge back games and screw the customers all the while laughing in your face over the phone.

We bought my pre-owned vehicle from Doug Henry in Goldsboro and everyone that we dealt with was very kind and helpful and no one that we dealt with in the sales department was pushy or over bearing, you had the feeling they honestly just wanted to help you and not just sell you a car. Everyone worked to make sure our needs were met and were eager and ready to answer any questions we had. We also got to meet with the service department and were met with the same friendliness that we experienced in the sales department. After 2 weeks waiting, a few calls and even went in person, my refund check is mailed on 6-30, but it is not the full refund, only $3122. Watch out buying vehicle with them.
