it be enough to portray how terrible this dealership is. I had a good experience buying my jeep, but from there it’s been nothing but xxxx. The service department is so incompetent it is embarrassing. I was told i had an oil leak buy the fast lane service, so i made an appointment to take my jeep in. The first time the “cleaned it” and had me drive 1000 miles and bring it back, so i did and they had my car for 2.5 weeks. I took it in for the next oil change and they said i had the same leak. I talked to Nate, the service manager, and he was so condescending and rude telling me it wasn’t the same leak even though i had both pamphlets and it was. I took it in 3 times for them to “clean” it because it was “residual” and not an actual leak. They finally agreed that it was a leak and kept my car for 3 weeks never giving me an update. I called at the end of the 3rd week and dirk(service coordinator) told me they lost my car. After 4 more days i finally got the call it was fixed. Only to pick it up with an empty tank and 400 miles added to my car. I got home and it was still leaking, so they had me come in to clean it and drive 1000 more miles. After which i took it in again they had it for 28 days with no updates and were so unbelievably rude to us when we called for updates. The general manager was informed as well as the service director but it took 4 calls to each before either called me back. I finally picked it up, and it is still leaking! They have no idea what they are doing and are absolutely rude and condescending when you try and express concerns.
