Went to Doug Smith Ram in American Fork for a new truck. Javier my salesperson and Jeff the financial officer went above and beyond to help get me into a new full size truck. Javier honestly was the best salesperson I have dealt with in years. No pressure from him what so ever did everything in his power to make it happen. If I had a question he was quick to amswer. This is a great dealer no hassle and truthful. My family and I will be going back for our Jeep when it comes time. Hopefully Javier and Jeff will be there to help us with that deal as well. I had a wonderful experience trading in a car for another used car here. My trade in had some electrical problems, but my salesman said not to worry about it, and gave me a really wonderful deal. They also held the car that I was interested in for several hours while I drove down from Salt Lake city so, that I could be sure it would still be there. This was my first time buying a car where I really felt that the dealer was more interested in treating me well than in making money. my salesman was Pedram, and he was really fun to work with. After this experience, I'll be doing more business with this dealership in the future. More
They do not honor the Jeep wave program here. Took them 6 hours to diagnosis bad rear window shocks (took me less than 5 seconds), continually refuse to do tire rotations, didn't put back all the Took them 6 hours to diagnosis bad rear window shocks (took me less than 5 seconds), continually refuse to do tire rotations, didn't put back all the screws to air filter after oil change, and the list goes on. This is all in less than 2 years. Worst dealership I have ever done business with. More

Never give them any business. They are absolute predators. They will sell any vehicle that they can. The know that the transmission will fail, as mentioned by the salesman, after I was walking out with less that 4K miles on a Jeep Sahara 2021 and the transmission fails and the best they can do is “we can make it drive able for 4 weeks while the parts come in and the engine warning light will be on”. Buying a car here is not an issue- getting a reliable car is the issue and getting them to take responsibility is a joke.. Brand new xxx right of the lot. Nothing but issues. Latest is a catalytic converter failure. car is less than 5 years old and wont pass emissions. Called service department about having it fixed let them know that the federal government says that manufactures has to cover this item.. No call backs brushing it off don't give a crap apparently. I have had cars for over 30 years and never had an issue with a converter. Next Jeep we buy is not going to be from this place for sure. More

If i could leave a negative 10 star review i don’t think it be enough to portray how terrible this dealership is. I had a good experience buying my jeep, but from there it’s been nothing but xxxx. The service department is so incompetent it is embarrassing. I was told i had an oil leak buy the fast lane service, so i made an appointment to take my jeep in. The first time the “cleaned it” and had me drive 1000 miles and bring it back, so i did and they had my car for 2.5 weeks. I took it in for the next oil change and they said i had the same leak. I talked to Nate, the service manager, and he was so condescending and rude telling me it wasn’t the same leak even though i had both pamphlets and it was. I took it in 3 times for them to “clean” it because it was “residual” and not an actual leak. They finally agreed that it was a leak and kept my car for 3 weeks never giving me an update. I called at the end of the 3rd week and dirk(service coordinator) told me they lost my car. After 4 more days i finally got the call it was fixed. Only to pick it up with an empty tank and 400 miles added to my car. I got home and it was still leaking, so they had me come in to clean it and drive 1000 more miles. After which i took it in again they had it for 28 days with no updates and were so unbelievably rude to us when we called for updates. The general manager was informed as well as the service director but it took 4 calls to each before either called me back. I finally picked it up, and it is still leaking! They have no idea what they are doing and are absolutely rude and condescending when you try and express concerns. More
Got stuck with a BRAND NEW LEMON. Wouldn’t start day of purchase. Took it back to be told, we would have to pay out of pocket to replace it. Unacceptable for a brand new vehicle!
