Overall my experience was excellent. Kourtney, the sales consultant, was professional and equally pleasant. She responded promptly to all of my requests and questions. Most important Kourtney, the sales consultant, was professional and equally pleasant. She responded promptly to all of my requests and questions. Most important of all, she listened and when I asked for her best and final offer it was — as opposed to other dealerships who still wanted to negotiate after submitting their best and final. She listened well, and, as a result, I never needed to ask follow up questions for clarification. She even replied to some of my messages on her day off. MJ, the finance manager, was easy to work with as well. When I said no, he respected my answer and didn't try to push anything on me. All in all, a completely satisfying experience. Kudos to them!
