The buying experience was very good and we appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics. The process was quick, efficient, and totally pain free. My wife did her research online, knew what she wanted, and I knew what I should reasonably expect to pay. Doug Smith had the trim and color we were looking for, and we were able to work the deal out over text/email in just a couple of hours while I was working which was awesome. The process was pressure free, and AJ, our salesman was so incredible to work with. AJ was so good in-fact that we even drove 1.5hrs to ink the deal with him, passing 2 other Kia Dealers on the way that just weren't as responsive or easy to work with as he and Doug Smith Kia were. Once we got there, AJ was ready for us and had the car waiting. I signed the papers while AJ helped my wife set up all the sweet tech features of her new vehicle. I literally finished the financials just as they finished setting up the car and we were able to drive off. In and out in around an hour total. My wife loves the car, which makes me happy. I also didn't get an ulcer trying to get it for her, and that makes me happy too! I would 100% shop here again, I've bought a LOT of cars over the years and it's often a stressful and time consuming process. But this experience was different, in all the right ways. If you're in the market for a Kia, this dealership sells the most in Utah, and now I understand why. More
