Doug Smith Subaru

Recently we purchased a driver's bottom seat cover for a Subaru Outback. The price was high, but assume dealers are high, but got a price to install which was $242, again high, but it's a dealer. When we got back from vacation I called to arrange the installation and was told the price would be $545!!! this is almost double and when I reminded them it was the bottom seat only, I was told this was the price period.... I got it installed at an upholstery shop for $120... far cry from $545... Shame on you Doug Smith.. never again. More
