Thank you, Enterprise, for introducing me to an automobile I had never considered and fell in love with! I had been a long-time loyal customer of Infiniti of Bellevue (a company and staff I valued immensely -- still do!), but things changed after driving that Hyundai Tuscon. I felt so secure and comfortable in the Tuscon and unlike my Infiniti, it took regular unleaded gas (vs $$ premium) and the technology hooked me! My lease was coming to an end with the Infiniti so I spontaneously stopped at Doug's in Lynnwood to explore what Hyundai had to offer. I was approached immediately (and warmly) by Briana Kalenderian. She earned my trust right away. As a woman who has always felt uncomfortable purchasing cars in the past, I LOVED being in her care and found her knowledgeable, fun and NO PRESSURE. Before I knew it we were taking a test drive and I was negotiating on my next car! It almost felt like I was being divinely directed to Lynnwood (I live on Queen Anne) and to Briana. She provided EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and I made a friend in the process! Her attention and follow-up has been extraordinary...truly. After my purchase, Briana introduced me to all the key staff. They make Doug's Hyundai such a delightful place to do business and made me feel so welcome. Did I mention that I LOVE my new 2018 Tuscon? I do. And Doug's has a new loyal customer for years to come.
