I came in when you had Genesis on showroom floor vs week later when it was all Hyundai SUV. to be most successful in the Genesis market you need to expedite your change to a genesis dedicated show room, service area etc. That said, you DON"T need to go as far as Lexus and Mercedes so cost for service and vehicles are over the top. I don't need a latte when I show up for service if it's going to cost me $200 for an oil change!!! Once again, Alex was great to work with as a consultant vs a salesperson. He is a keeper! More
