When we discovered we wanted something a little more expensive he worked with finiacing and insurance to get us the vehicle we wanted at the monthly price we wanted. He was patient and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We entered Doug's lot with the intentions of just looking at vehicle options available to us and left with a vehicle we loved, with little to no hassle. More

I'm not very car savvy and was initially intimidated to go to a dealership because I didn't want to get hounded by sales people. When I arrived Eric approached me and asked me if I needed help. I told him that I was looking for a new car but I didn't know exactly what kind yet. He told me that wasn't a problem and asked me a couple questions to narrow my search options. Eric was very friendly and helpful. I didn't seem to mind answering all my questions and was very patient with my lack of knowledge regarding automobiles. Honestly, I felt like I was just hangout with a friend. He's really energetic and funny and I actually enjoyed my time at the dealership! I had a great experience at Hyundai and will definitely recommend this dealership (and Eric!) to friends and family. More

I'm glad I did; Vila was very courteous and helpful. I knew what I wanted, and they didn't try to push me too hard for stuff I didn't need or wasn't interested in. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and for the new car itself. The finance guy, Troy did sell me on the warranty but 10 years bumper to bumper is a nice safety net. I didn't have some of my paperwork on hand for my trade-in, but they worked with me anyways and made it very easy. Thanks! More

I loved my last hyundai, and wanted I like so many others, dread car shopping. I am a woman and I always feel like salesman see me as an easy target. I loved my last hyundai, and wanted to get another one. I started working with Shane, and he immediatley put me at ease. I told him my budget and preferences, and he actually listened! He ONLY showed me vehicles within my budget, and never made me feel like I was not competent like a lot of salesman do to women. I did not find the exact car I want, but Shane is on the lookout for what I am looking for and I plan to wait until I can buy from him to upgrade my car. I am a customer for life. More
