To start out, i would say avoid this place period. I bought 05 525i BMW here at Doug's Hyundai. What they sold me was an ACCIDENT CAR with clean VIN number with no record showing it has been an accident bought 05 525i BMW here at Doug's Hyundai. What they sold me was an ACCIDENT CAR with clean VIN number with no record showing it has been an accident. The record shows there has never been an accident with this car but when I took it to the shop to get oil change they told me this car had been to an accident to the rear side of the car and the bumper as well as the side skirt was replaced. And not to mention the WATER was filling up on the battery box. I had to replace the battery beccause it was low on voltage and the IBS system was wet and now I have to change that as well. I can't even express how outrageous I was to hear that this car had been to an accident and they told me lies of this car has never been to an accident and has clean title( which VIN says it is). The dealer told me to wait about 3 weeks before I can take the car( which I thought something was "fishy" but they said the cleaning as well as maintaince would take that much of a time(LIES!) This was my first time buying a car and I experienced and am experiencing major issues with this car (Mechanics said the BMW that had been to an accident is worth a scrape) and I am so mad at this place for LYING and SOLD ME AN ACCIDENT CAR. 3 Weeks to get the car fixed to make it look as a car with no accident and sold me with the price as the blue book price.EVEN WITH $4000 downpay! this is unexceptable!! AVOID THIS PLACE Please BUYERS! BEWARE! More
