This was the 4th transaction I've completed with Douglas Infiniti. Starting with a purchase sometime around 2005, 2 Q50 Leases (2020 & 2023), and my most recent purchase. I've worked with multiple sales r Infiniti. Starting with a purchase sometime around 2005, 2 Q50 Leases (2020 & 2023), and my most recent purchase. I've worked with multiple sales reps and finance managers. Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with Axel Perez, Steven Sosunov, and Michael Carbone in service. They have consistently made it a pleasure to do business and have earned my loyalty once again! Thank you all for making the purchase and leasing of a vehicle a pleasant experience! Joe H More
Michael Carbone is the best service advisor, he would work with you to resolve any of the issues your car is having. Can't say the same about the rest of the service department including the manager. So work with you to resolve any of the issues your car is having. Can't say the same about the rest of the service department including the manager. So April 1, 2026 driving back to work my car completely went dead while driving. Got it towed to a shop where they pulled codes and determined it was the rack & pinion assembly. Bought the rack & pinion assembly directly from infinitiwholesaledirect.com. The OEM rack and pinion assembly came from Infiniti of Winston Salem in North Carolina. Got the rack and pinion installed at DriveWorks Auto Center in Union, NJ. They installed the rack & pinion and couldn't finish the calibration said I had to take to Infiniti to finish the calibration. Took it to Douglas Infiniti and they informed me that it was the modules and I had to replace them. Took out a personal loan of 6k just to fix the issue with the steering. After waiting about a month I got a call that the car was ready and that I can pick it up. I pick the car back only for another issue to arise with the steering a few weeks later. When driving I lose steering completely for a quick second, then after that I have to hold the steering wheel slightly to the right or left otherwise the car is going to pull egregiously to the opposite side. Took it to Douglas Infiniti this past Tuesday to get this new issue resolved since I only had the car back a few weeks after they installed the modules. Michael was not in so he referred me to Martin another service advisor. Took it in Tuesday, got the car back that Tuesday (Martin and the tech said maybe I had hit a pothole that threw off the steering angle, if a pothole can do that wouldn't that be a safety issue) only for the issue to happen again the next day. Now Martin from Douglas Infiniti and the service manager are saying the rack and pinion that was installed by DriveWorks may be the issue as this sounds like a hardware issue and not a software issue even though the literal steering issue corrects itself after a few more minutes of driving it. If the rack and pinion is the issue, and I took it to Douglas Infiniti who willingly took my 6K to do the module job, does that mean they ignored the issue with the rack and pinion and let the car off the lot knowing it was an issue ? If I have DAS and this is all drive-by-wire and the rack and pinion was the issue how were you guys able to calibrate the system, certify your work, test drive everything saying it was okay, and let me drive away with the car ? After this whole ordeal I probably wont be dealing with Douglas Infiniti unless I'm dealing with Michael. The service manage and Martin don't try to help at all. More
I recently worked with Axel Perez on the purchase of a pre-owned 2021 BMW M440i. His service and attention to detail are exceptional. He is very knowledgeable about the process and it went very smooth. Th pre-owned 2021 BMW M440i. His service and attention to detail are exceptional.
