Aaron, our salesperson, was friendly and professional. He seemed to know his products. When we began our search, we were looking at the QX60 but, complained about the slow acceleration. He informed us of the upcoming hybrid and how it is suppose to has more horsepower. That is the car we ended up buying. When we were ready to buy the car, Aaron was competitive in making a sale. Frequently, when I went to the dealership, I was under a tight timeline. He was very conscientious and considerate of my time. He made sure everything was ready for me. Also, if I had a question, I was able to get it answered within a day - if he wasn't available, his manager was very helpful too. The only areas for improvement for them are: (1) Since we had specific requests in our car, they did not have it in stock. But, there was a car at the dock that did have what we wanted. Aaron originally said that we would likely get the car within a week. We ended up getting it a few weeks later. So, it took much longer to get the car than we expected. (2) Further, it took them over a week to transfer the title for the car. Although we were not in a rush to get the title, it seems a bit too long. But, when we pushed him, we received the title the next day. More

This dealer 'Douglas Infinity' at summit, NJ has no professional ethicd, I went their to trade in my 2013 bmw 528i xdrive for an Infinity QX60 as I was looking for a seven seater , the sales person no professional ethicd, I went their to trade in my 2013 bmw 528i xdrive for an Infinity QX60 as I was looking for a seven seater , the sales person was RAY PIERCE, on 15h Nov 2013 and after carefully reviewing my car he came up with an offer of $46000 for my car, I said I will discuss this with my wife , I was in touch with Ray for the entire week and even gave him a call before starting on 22nd Nov 2013, I was agreed with the trade in value they have offered, I went with Ray to even choose the car in their lot , have even chosen the car, they took all my personal details for the loan application and after half hour they came out and said they cannot offer me $46000 for my bmw, I mean this is so ridiculous , they did not stick to their words, they wasted my entire time, my efforts to come all the way from perth Amboy , nj, this dealership is such a waste of time, just beware of this weird dealer and especially don't ever try to deal with this person Ray Pierce, I thought he is a gentleman but he is a jerk. I purchased an 2010 Infiniti EX35 in June from Michael Carchia and the whole experience was like a dream come true! Michael was patient and attentive before, during and after the sale. I have never had such an enjoyable experience purchasing a car before. My car seemed like it was brand new except for a minor dent that was on the passenger side, which Michael had removed for me. In addition, Michael had the dealer replace two of the tires on my Infiniti. Everyone at Douglas Infiniti maintains a high level of professionalism and they really go above and beyond to please the customer. The service department is fantastic and each time I brought my car in, it was serviced quickly and I was provided with a loaner car or a ride to and from work. Alexis in the service department is great and I really felt like I was leaving my car with family each time I brought it in for service. I love my car so much that my boyfriend also went to Douglas Infiniti and bought a car from Michael Carchia.
