I love going to the Summit showroom the service reps are all so friendly especially Gilbert Coronado. he always makes me feel like i am the only customer in the showroom. I had visitied many dealerships to test drive new cars I had driven 5 cars by the time I passed by Douglas Infinity. I just stopped in and was greated by Steve who made me feel so comfortable. I could not afford the convertible, which I really wanted so as I was leaving, my sister stopped in to Jimmy from F&I and mentioned that I couldn't afford the convertible. He told her about the infinty G37 promotion that was running. I ended up buying the most beautiful car that I have ever had. The entire dealership bent over backwards to accommodate me. They priced the car within my budget, called me when the car came in, greated me with open arms and called me to assure my satisfaction I was introduced to everyone from general manager to service to mechanics. After informing Aaron that we were interested in an SUV, he proceeded to show us the Infiniti QX56 and Infiniti JX35 models. He xplained the differences between the two models and took us out on test drives with both. Aaron worked with us on a lease price that was acceptable to both parties. After we agreed on price, Aaron introduced me to the dealership's business manager, who efficiently walked me through the documentation process. When we came back to pick up our new car (JX35), Aaron went over the car with us in detail both at the dealership and at our home. He did an excellent job. More
