i've been a loyal customer for over 5 yrs now. i used to bring my qx4 to local shops - thinking i'd save a few $$. but not only did the local auto body shops take forever, they'd often mis-diagnose used to bring my qx4 to local shops - thinking i'd save a few $$. but not only did the local auto body shops take forever, they'd often mis-diagnose & the cost would be greater than any dealership in the end. since going to douglas, my car is ALWAYS diagnosed properly AND quickly. i am happy i brought my car in this last time around, because they spotted issues with my muffler & a couple of other previously unknown problems. without their expertise, i would have been stranded on one of my long drives after my car broke down. so not only was the turnaround quick - as usual, but any & all issues were fixed. for surprisingly reasonable prices. alexsis, in service, is fantastic. very professional, accommodative, & informed. i remain a loyal customer. -adam b More

Aaron is the best! When my first Infiniti lease was up about three years ago, I wanted another. It was tedious and annoying going from place to place to try and find the best new lease deal. I happened upon Douglas Infiniti in Summit and called Aaron – he was straightforward with no messing around – he simply gave me a great deal right away – no games, no tricks. I made the deal on the spot. My lease was up again this past month and I knew Aaron would give me the best deal possible. The same day I called him, I agreed to the new lease. I had never seen the newer version of the G37X that I had just agreed to lease, but I knew Aaron would not steer me wrong. I was right. It is a great car and Aaron spent A LOT of time helping me set up all the new features. He even re-did one of the phone options for me when I changed my mind, which he definitely did not have to do.
