I have been a customer of Douglas Infiniti for a number of years. I always receive top notch service and everyone there from the receptionist to the service mechanic always makes me feel like a VIP custome of years. My wife and I worked with Ray Pierce as our salesperson. We both found him to be friendly and relaxed. We never felt pressured into buying the vehicle that we chose. The people at Douglas were also very fair with negotiating the price providing us with a deal that was better than we thought we were going to be able to do. My wife picked up our car when it was ready and she had nothing but good things to say about everyone at Douglas. The car was ready and Ray made sure she understood everything about the car before she left. He even set up the on screen display and helped her to understand all of the technological options that came with the car. We've purchased BMW's in the past from JMK BMW in Springfield NJ, Essex BMW, and Bridgewater BMW and did not have nearly as good an experience with these purchases. We would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealer and especially working with Ray Pierce. More
