It was a no-pressure situation, especially because I already knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. The general manager even sat with me to explain bottom-line pricing as set by Infiniti corporate headquarters. I could rest assured that I was NOT leaving money on the table…that peace of mind is worth a lot. As a first time buyer of an expensive vehicle, it was difficult getting approved for financing. With persistence, Jim in Finance was able to secure a competitive rate on a 72-month loan. Steve and Jim worked with me to find a scenario that made sense in terms of trade-in value, down payment, monthly payments, etc. If you’re like me and always bought used cars, paying in cash, then your credit history is *limited* (unless you have a mortgage). Expect some trouble the first time you lease/finance a $48k vehicle…as I discovered, that is true regardless of where you transact. Steve and Jim worked hard to close the sale under favorable terms. I had already walked away from other dealers and would have done the same if not completely satisfied at Douglas. I’ll close with some universal car buying advice: Understand how leases are calculated and why they are different from financing…Spending five minutes to research it can save you lots of money. Always have a lease/finance calculator when you are reviewing contract terms (download a free app). Your dealer should be forthright in providing ALL the inputs so YOU can double check the final monthly payment…Douglas abides by that practice. More
It was the next to the last day of the year. We had done our research and honed in on purchasing the EX model. We used Truecar - they advised Douglas of our interest in purchasing the vehicle before the end of the year. We were looking at leftover 2011's. Steve called us within an hour of our inquiry and asked about our specific needs. He didn't have a 2011, but did have a 2012 model meeting our specs. We needed to meet a price point ; Steve gave us a price that allowed us to do that. We already had financing through Bank of America. As usual, not everything went smoothly with the financial portion of the transaction. The dealership was extremely patient and understanding; they waited for over an hour to receive a credit authorization code. Ultimately we never got through, although the dealership allowed us to take the car home on New Years Eve. Hopefully no issues on Tuesday. I want to say that Steve Sokol and Jamie were terrific through this whole process and we are very happy (so far) with the car! More

I recently purchased a new G37xS from Douglas Infiniti. The Sales person Carey was terrific as was the Finance person Jimmy. I did not feel any pressure during the negotiating process and they were very willing to work with me unlike the experience that I had earlier in the day at Salerno Duane Infiniti. The sales manager at Douglas also went out of his way to thank me for my business. Douglas Infiniti recently renovated and their design is very modern and contemporary. The waiting room reminds me of a nice club lounge at an airport, complete with complimentary beverages and food. The bottom line is Douglas is by far superior from the staff to the facility and I will be driving the extra miles to have them service my car. I would definitely recommend giving Douglas your business. Last but not least, the car is amazing! More
Came in for first time for serice on my 2008 g35 bought in NC, dead battery. In market for new car to upgrade to all wheel drive for north east weather. Turned the deal around in one day, got me a loner for a few hrs, and all emoyees very nice. Gill drove to our home after hours to deliver an important item left at dealer. Toby saved the day by remberig to get my EZPass out of the old car & put in new car. Dealership clean, good snacks and drinks. More
