It was the kind of experience that you think you deserve but never seem to get. They were perfect! No negative surprises. They did everything they said they would AND MORE! The service center, showroom, and waiting area are extremely clean and well kept and they even have tasty snacks and drinks to munch on while you wait! Based on our research, we were considering either Infiniti JX 35 or Acura M Infiniti. We have been looking for a good car for our family for a while. Based on our research, we were considering either Infiniti JX 35 or Acura MDX. We first went to Douglas Infiniti and Michael was introduced to us. We test drove the JX and was impressed by all the Hi-Tech of the car. As a mom, I will be driving the car with my baby most of the time, so the driver Assistance is exactly what I need. Even we loved JX, as we have not tried MDX, we felt we were not ready to make the decision. Michael totally understood our concern and he recommended us to test drive MDX, which is rarely seen for a car sales consultant to suggest his customers to try other cars. Before we left, Michael handed us a handout, which is a detailed analysis report of the comparison of Infiniti JX 35, Audi Q7 and Acura MDX. We were impressed again by this outstanding work. Apparently, Infiniti has done a good marketing job. It is really helpful for us to identify our needs and finally figure out what is the best car for us. More importantly, it shows Michael’s confidence of Infiniti JX. He told us, once we try Acura MDX, we shall know JX is a much better car. We were skeptical as MCX has dominated the middle size SUK market for a long time. However, just like Michael said, we were very certain JX is the winner after we test drove MDX. The following processing with Michael was very easy. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable, never push. We are not only very happy with the purchase price, but also amazed by our wonderful experience with Douglas Infiniti. After a year in Europe I needed to get two cars. I had my eyes on a used G37x and set up an appointment with Alan for a test drive. He proposed a very good deal, made the negotiation simple, friendly and honest and here I am now with a lease of a brand new g37x. While walking out I caught a glimpse of the new JX which I thought my wife would like. I assumed price might be too steep but Alan worked out another very advantageous deal for me. He basically gave me a lease which ran the same as a lease for a Highlander and Laredo which are worth a lot less. The dealership is clean, easy to get to and in a great town (Summit).
