Once they found some issues with my car, they stopped working on the car, came in and discussed the options with me. If I did not opt for a service, there was no pressure at all to do it. The waiting area is like a first class lounge, well maybe business class. Wifi, free food and drinks, tv, desks to do work and more than enough leather chairs. Even received two pieces of Godiva chocolate and an offer of water upon my departure. Prices were consistent with my local garage. Great service and very prompt - they also cleaned the inside and outside of my car. More
