Great Used Car Buying Experience Folks really seem to lean forward to do the right thing at this dealership. I bought my car from out of state (Minnesota) so I essentially bought the Folks really seem to lean forward to do the right thing at this dealership. I bought my car from out of state (Minnesota) so I essentially bought the car sight unseen. Craig Nereim was very proactive throughout the process and did whatever was necessary to make me feel comfortable buying this car in this way. Buying a car without seeing it in person can be risky, but Craig and his colleagues impressed me enough to make the purchase. I was also impressed with the fact that they offered a first, best price that was very fair and reasonable. Dickering over price is hard enough in person and I'm glad I did not have to deal with that. I was suprised to find out about the dealer delivery charge which is typically only applied to new cars where I live. I learned that this charge is common in other States. I highly recommend Douglas Jeep and feel that they are fair and honest. Randy in Minnesota More
