I had done plenty of research and knew exactly what I wanted, so I skipped over the initial visit/test drive stage. I had e-mailed several dealers with the build I was looking for and asked about their pricing. Art came back with a great offer right away and we got the Jeep ordered. Easy, no hassle, no haggle...exactly what I was looking for. I did give my local dealer a chance to beat the price since they had been very helpful when I was doing research, test drives, etc., but their best offer was still around $1,000 higher. The whole group excelled with customer service once the Jeep arrived. I wasn't able to get down to the dealership until the end of the day and several of their employees ended up staying well past closing time to get us taken care of with all of the paperwork.
