2015 200C purchased Overall service, quality and friendliness were excellent with the exception of the financing and the additional products such as the extended warranty Overall service, quality and friendliness were excellent with the exception of the financing and the additional products such as the extended warranty. We felt rushed through the process and we were not given our interest rate until final paperwork was signed. We were lead to believe that because of our outstanding credit rating that we would receive better financing other then 4.69% for 75 months. We subsequently refinanced our loan with Wells Fargo for 72 months at 2.24%. We were also lead to believe that the additional products; such as extended warranty, maintenance plan, etc. were only available in bundles and not individually. This lead us to purchase the top end bundle in order to get the items that we wanted. We are planning to cancel some of the products that we did not want. More
