I had told her that it was exactly like ours with a few exceptions and would be one I would like. So, she said ok, lets look. When we parked, right next to the van, Craig, Nemeir, came out and greeted us and offered his help. He wasn’t pushy, he was only helpful and courteous. He got keys for the van and showed us inside and what it had in options. Since it was an “L” and ours was a “Limited”, there were no real surprises and we both liked the van – I mean it was just like ours – colors and everything. The right price was going to make us buyers! I shared Craig Emily and my past experience in the automobile business. We shared some numbers and he presented them to his superior. We had some initial issues, but Craig was able to make some needed adjustments and got our numbers very close. He then went to bat for me and bartered for some of my needs and “BOOMB”, we had an agreement. He was great! And, he didn’t stop there. He helped me get lots of my “stuff” and documents from my van to the new one. He changed the plates, moved junk, and then got the van totally cleaned and ready for the road. It was a wonderful experience that was really unexpected an most of it thanks to Craig’s efforts and the understanding and knowledge of Douglas, a really heads up dealer. I had been finding it difficult to even get proper call backs from other dealer ships . This is the fifth jeep I have purchased in my life , I've had other vehicles but I'm partial to jeep. I think in the past I may have purchased another brand because of my disappointment with other jeep dealerships , I always expect high quality from Chrysler jeep and it's team members. Douglas Jeep did everything right from my first contact. I already knew what style Jeep I wanted and I was ready to pay cash . I contacted the dealership online through True Car, and was contacted by Burt Desmond almost within an hour. We had an immediate understanding and I felt I could trust him with all of of my information right off . Burt knew the exact jeep I was familiar with and he didn't come across as a sales person but more of a mentor who would steer me through the process. Dignified and respectful, with a sence of humor. When he had the jeep delivered to the dealership, he mentioned to me the zero % 36 month financing , I had not even considered this option as I work for myself and usually that has been a negative as far as aquiering financing . I was approved and that helps me free up cash flow ,it's a win win. Tim Young in financing was a pleasure to meet with , great professionalism . I was introduced to a few others at the dealership and I think that's a first in my auto purchasing experience, great to know the professional atmosphere is consistent throughout the dealership.
