I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. After placing a down payment on a Dodge Challenger Scat Pack listed at $42,000, I embarked on a 6 hour road trip to collect my new c this dealership. However, halfway into my journey, I was informed that the car had been dispatched on a transporter. To add insult to injury, it turned out the vehicle was sold out from under me and ended up at an auction. Another dealership in Arizona ultimately purchased it. Scott Essex, the salesperson, and Jason, the finance manager, were the individuals I dealt with during this process. Their inability to find a resolution was astounding. They promised me that they would "hook me up" with a great deal since this was their fault and not mine. Instead of assisting me with a fair deal on a alternative vehicle, they nudged me towards a more expensive model, even when my initial choice was priced at $42,000. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially considering the commitment and effort I had shown. Potential buyers, proceed with caution. More
