We went to this dealership because it had a great selection of 2011-2012 Chrysler Town & Country minivans. We talked some with Marty who was in training and was very polite and showed us a few vehic selection of 2011-2012 Chrysler Town & Country minivans. Pete Mcivers was overseeing Marty's efforts with us and came over and asked what we were looking for. We told him the models, years, colors, etc. we wanted and he took us to the back of the showroom to show us a vehicle that came in a day or two before and hadn't yet been detailed or advertised but matched almost perfectly our list of the things we wanted in our new minivan. Pete is very well informed of the dealership's inventory and is very efficient with his time and the time of his customers. After the test drive we negotiated some and then put a deposit down on the vehicle and agreed to return the next day to pay the balance due and to pick up the vehicle after it was detailed. All in all it was a very positive experience and we will recommend to friends the dealership and Pete Mcivers, as well as Zack Jones who handled the financial paperwork and payments with efficiency and knowledge. Our other concern was over the lack of an engine cover on our model (MK49-Compass), without this cover, the engine comparment doesn't look complete, this cover has been deleted by Chrysler/Jeep with no other explanation.
