Mitch Eliot did an outstanding job getting me into my new Jeep. He has been right on top of things all the way, from negotiations to delivery of the vehicle. to the period after the sale. I was absolutely amazed at the follow up calls, and attention to details. Given my experience at the first area dealership I contacted in my search for a new Jeep (the Sarasota FL dealership), which was about as bad as it gets - the really "stereotypical car salesman approach", which completely turned me off - the difference was amazing! I would not hesitate a minute to refer anyone I know to Mitch. Also, Ken Wells, who handled the paperwork/warranty/financing, did an outstanding job as well. I don't personally know the owner of Douglas Jeep, but I've got to say that based on my experience with Mitch, and with Ken, he's built a fine organization. Jack McGee More

Purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300 limited from this dealer on 04/20/2012. Could not have been happier with the level of service that I received. Gave me the best upfront no haggle pricing from the very beginning. Compared to the other Dodge dealer competitors in the local area, no one even came close to the savings they were offering. Also, John Malone, sales manager, gave us exceptional services well. Absolutely no high pressure. Kept to his word 100% regarding the verbal pricing he had given us the week before. Wonderful sense of humor as well. He had us laughing both on the phone and in person while tying up the deal. Was also very impressed that the owner of the dealership, Greg Douglas introduced himself after all paperwork was completed and the deal was finalized. It was quite evident that customer satisfaction is their main goal! I would not hesitate recommending this dealer to anyone. We came an hour away even though there was a local dealer that was about 10 min. from us. Delighted we took the extra time to check them out. They really made it worthwhile! -Greg More
my 2003 dodge grand caravans check engine lite came on and i brought it into this dealer.i waited 4.4 hours at dealership.new wires,a coil and the manifold was cleaned.$600.00 charge,i left and drove home and i brought it into this dealer.i waited 4.4 hours at dealership.new wires,a coil and the manifold was cleaned.$600.00 charge,i left and drove home.the engine ran rough and backfired twice.i returned the next day,waited 2 hours and was told some wires were found bare and caused the new problem.no charge to fix.i drove home,everything was fine,for three day,then the check engine lite came on again.i returned to dealer the next day and told anna the service advisor i would leave the van until it was repaired completely.she then offered to drive me home,which had not been offered on the first day.she was very pleasant and helpful.the van was at dealer overnight,waiting for over nite delivery of needed parts.i didnt hear from dealer until 4:30,when i called to check on the status.i was told the van was ready.the van runs great,$1000.00 later of course.but i am satisfied.i will be heading north to new york with confidence. More
