I brought my 2018 M2 in for the KBB instant cash offer. I was greeted by a salesman (never gave his name or card) and taken to an office. He asked initial information and was still getting information I was greeted by a salesman (never gave his name or card) and taken to an office. He asked initial information and was still getting information when another employee came in and told the salesman he had guests. No excuse me or anything, the salesman just walked out of the office. He came back and said can I please have the keys to check the mileage and VIN. I was like ok and handed the keys over. The salesman went to check my car. I then went to the main showroom to look around. The salesman finished and went to the main desk. Next thing I know, another employee goes to my car and starts it up. The first salesman said he is just checking the car and mileage, he is not going anywhere. Well sure enough, there went my car. The employee was like he was just supposed to check mileage. I said go get him before he leaves the lot. The first salesman didnt. The employee came back with my car and I said the deal the is done. Not cool to take someone's car without their permission. I understand they need to look at the car and possibly test drive it, but no one asked for my permission to take my car anywhere. What if that employee got into an accident? If they told me they needed to drive the car, I would of said sure let me get in the passenger seat. IT IS NOT RIGHT TO TAKE SOMEONE'S CAR WITHOUT ASKING PERMISSON FIRST!!!!! More

Gave a 1k down payment to order a Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep was not ordered for nearly 2 weeks. At the same time the order was placed a different Jeep arrived in a different color with same options. We were quoted a price on a 48 month lease yesterday with 3k down and 575.00 per month. Today the price was 3k down, 619.00 per month plus tax. The monthly payment was quoted by the salesperson while on speaker phone with both my wife and I. When I requested to speak with a manager there was only one and he was to busy until I insisted on a return call and threatened to write as many reviews online possible. While speaking with the manager he was not friendly and obviously did not want my business. I was told by many people to not purchase from this dealer. More
