We bought a 2016 used GMC truck back on November 4th, it took me all this time to write a review because I really didn't want to leave any. The reason I'am giving 3 stars is because of the experience we had with the finance guy who told us that he supposedly was covering that day for the actual guy that takes care of finance, his name is Mat Ye, I don't really know if that's his real name or not since he never introduced himself he just went straight to sell us a bunch of warranties that we specifically told him we didn't want. He talked a lot BS and tried to be funny when he obviously wasn't, he even told us to leave a good review because he knew where we live and that's not funny at all to me on the contrary that's kind of scary. I never pay attention to what I'm signing but luckily my husband does. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING read everything that has numbers because this guy without telling us and without our approval put a fee of $ 999.99 of painting and upholstery when obviously is a used car. My husband had to leave the room super upset because of this guy, he even had the nerve to argue with us that the monthly payment was the same when it wasn't. I told him that we liked transparency when doing business to what he didn't reply anything. I had to laugh when he told me that thanks to him because of him buying some points I got a better interest rate when my credit score is over 800. God knows how many customers he had done this. More
