Won't be Back - Ever! - Updated to 3 stars 4/28/20 Had an appt. for an oil change/tire rotation today. Arrived 5 min early for the appt. and was told by service adviser (Denise) that it would be an ho Had an appt. for an oil change/tire rotation today. Arrived 5 min early for the appt. and was told by service adviser (Denise) that it would be an hour and 15 minute wait. (Note - their waiting room is closed, which might have been useful info when I made the appt.) After waiting over 30 minutes, Jeep (which was purchased at Douglas Jeep) still had not been moved into the garage. I found Denise and asked her what the point of making an appt was at which time she responded very sarcastically with "I don't know, but I told you it was going to be over an hour". I then asked if the keys were still in it because I didn't plan to wait any longer to which she responded with a long "BYYYYEEEEE"! Went up the street to a different establishment and got the oil changed for $20 cheaper. Not once was Denise apologetic that it would take so long - I'm not sure how Douglas Jeep feels like than can treat people like that and expect to gain their business...I will not be back for anything my Jeep needs - I'd rather drive a half hour to a different dealer. EDITED 4/28/20 AFTER CONTACT FROM OWNER - Greg from Douglas has been in contact and has offered to make it right. I am always willing to listen to mistakes that are made and give owners the opportunity to correct it. I am changing my original star review from 1 star to 3 stars based on the fact that I was contacted back and have offered free services based on my original review. More
