not good service i walk with my truck over there for oil change yesterday.and they have the vehicle at the shop for one hour and they tell me they was been do the oil i walk with my truck over there for oil change yesterday.and they have the vehicle at the shop for one hour and they tell me they was been do the oil change and was not thrue because when i get home and check the oil was inside my truck was very black .was old oil they never replaced the oil in my truck.i come back again and complaint about the work will be done was not rigth and the service manager his name is TOM GLEEN tray me very rude because hi was train to excuse the people who do not good job.that why i never more come back to that place any more .is my truck run with the oil change from 20.000 miles on because the first time what they supouse they did the oil change they did not either is for that im very angry with that place .look how black look the oil what they just change.the manager can not tell peoples they change the oil when they did not that is consider stilling to the customers. Excellent new Wrangler purchase experience I was casually shopping for the "just right" Jeep Wrangler for quite some time. I investigated several Southwest Florida dealers, only to be frustrat I was casually shopping for the "just right" Jeep Wrangler for quite some time. I investigated several Southwest Florida dealers, only to be frustrated with the experiences. A friend then recommended we check out Douglas Jeep. Dave Barth introduced himself and inquired what brought us in, with a genuine interest in satisfying our vehicle desires. He exhibited great knowledge of the product line, and took time in explaining how the different trims and options interact. Most importantly, there were NEVER any pressure tactics or urgent "one time deal" offers. Dave and the Douglas staff treated us as valuable customers throughout the entire investigation and purchase process. Douglas Jeep did not have the vehicle with my desired options in stock and gladly reviewed other dealer inventory for us. This still didn't yield one that fit our desires, so we ordered one. Dave worked with us to get a very fair deal, especially on an ordered Wrangler. The entire transaction was conducted professionally and accurately, with no surprises or hidden fees/charges.
