Overall Positive Experience I entered the dealership with very little idea regarding what was about to transpire. My Mothers were not getting their vehicle repaired as I had been led to believe, rather I was being endowed with a 2018 Jeep Renegade Latitude. The Sales people and other staff were energetic and accommodating, doing what they could to accommodate our decisions. As a first impression of buying a car I'd say the only negative part of the experience was it's length. We were there for about 4 hours before we did the final signatures and could leave. More

I liked the selection of used trucks they had and my experience with Jack Kessler in sales on that day was good. Jack has a great personality and I didn't feel any pressure to buy. I kept an eye on a couple of used trucks they had and low and behold they reduced the price of my top pick. I got a great deal on a low mileage truck; Jack was a lot of fun to work with; Jeff in finance never pressured me to add costs to my final bill, and all in all it was a good experience. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Another Great Deal While looking for a small work van I called David Barth, Douglas did not have any at the time he went out and found one and offered a great deal.
