Quick and pleasant I did quite a bit of research online prior to visiting Douglas JCDR. I identified the vehicle I was interested in (2017 Ram 1500 Laramie) and called a I did quite a bit of research online prior to visiting Douglas JCDR. I identified the vehicle I was interested in (2017 Ram 1500 Laramie) and called ahead to confirm it was in stock. Pete was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. We completed a test drive and I agreed to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price within 30 minutes of arriving at the dealership. The finance guy was also friendly and offered some of the additional protection options but was not pushy or try to stick it to me on the back end. Overall a very pleasant experience. More
