Service Department employees were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and took the time to explain all the work that needed to be done and why. This is my seventh Jeep, and Douglas is right at the top of my list of dealers who I trust and and recommend to friends, co-workers, and others. I felt that they were trying very hard to make this as affordable a visit as possible and that they were "on my side," which is a rare feeling in today's world. EVERYONE connected with my service visit went "above and beyond" and I can't say enough good things about their efforts. More

I also had a minor warranty claim for inoperative washer fluid , the part was not in stock and I will have to return. i am also in management in the dealership business and what i do is in certain circumstances, when its a minor part to get that customer on the road, especially when they live outside our D.A.T i take the part off an in stock vehicle to get the customer rolling then just replace it on the in stock vehicle that might not have been PDI'd or placed on the lot yet or a recall vehicle that is awaiting parts. it just gives our parts department and service higher reviews and better rep when they always feel our parts are in stock . Some dealerships wont do the rob peter to pay paul theory but it has worked for us. Just a tip to Make Douglas Jeep even greater. i send everyone there . Paul is the bomb !! More
Don't waste your time First I'd like to say that John, the head of the service department, is outstanding! However, the crew that works behind the scenes is definitely not up to the standard of service. I brought my van in for oil change and tire rotation...I'm not sure if they actually did either. My tire pressure gauge was on when I went there indicating low tire pressure, when my vehicle was returned to me the light was still on. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it would go away once driven a few miles. I drove at least 60 miles and the light never went off. I returned the following day and once again they pulled it into the garage and brought it back and said the light just needed to be reset. Upon driving less than a mile the light illuminated once again. At this point I went to a gas station and ended up putting 6 pounds of air in one tire. Do you really think they even looked at any of my tires? Or rotated them for that matter? They also did their "courtesy 22 point inspection" which stated my tires were in perfect working order. I went to another dealership and was told I needed 4 new tires immediately, as my vehicle was unsafe. I decided to get yet a third opinion and was told I did indeed need 4 new tires. I should mention that we had just returned from a 2000 mile road trip. I was told that we had to be truly blessed by God to have been able to make such a journey on those tires. If the crew in the back were as good as John is up front I'm sure this would be an entirely different review. My parents have been going to this dealership for years and their loyalty is what made me choose them. That being said I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Please be extra cautious if you still choose to use this dealership. More

No Pressure Sales Approach- Very Refreshing I went into Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge because of a car I saw on their website; expecting to be pounched on like most car dealers. I was met by salesman Scott Essex to my surprise was very laid back listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was. Scott did not pressure me or push me to purchase a car. I actually didn't buy the car I went in to see, I bought the next level up! Scott was very courteous and kind. I was impressed with the soft approach to selling a car. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a car, jeep, truck etc..to stop on into Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge and see Scott. There is no pressure, no haggling on price, its an easy way to purchase a car. I think all Dealerships should take lessons from Douglas. What more can you ask for???? A+ More
