Good as new Ford Fusion In need of a new car BAD, I was wanting a Charger RT. Andrew was my sales guy, he was very attentive and very knowledgeable, we worked on some numbers In need of a new car BAD, I was wanting a Charger RT. Andrew was my sales guy, he was very attentive and very knowledgeable, we worked on some numbers after my test drive and he let me even take it home for about 48 hours which I had no clue could be done. After checking out the car it was good but not GREAT. In desperate need of a car Andrew showed me a Ford Fusion almost fully loaded with low mileage. I was sold instantly he was such a great and easy guy to work with and very patient which you don't see at many dealerships. I work in hospitality and he has all the makings of a superb customer service person and salesperson. He wasn't oily or slick like some other salesmen, he made jokes and was fun to work with he got me the numbers I want and the rest is history. I would definitely go back to him for more cars or recommend him for family and friends. I was super satisfied with my visit, and that's after being to Firkins Dodge who was okay but not listening to my wants or needs, Gettel Toyota which had one of the RUDEST and nastiest employees I've ever met, Cox cheverelot where I purchased my first car their was literally 20+ employees and maybe 3 customers and our salesperson was totally absent with anything I requested and Matthews Currie Ford which was good just didn't make my numbers. Andrew is the guy to see I found him on the used side but I'm sure he can take care of new and used. Great guy great car. Also Sue the internet sales lady got me into the dealership originally. And Deb took care of all the final paperwork great team ! More

We are writing to commend the superb, excellent service we received from Jeremiah Bruner upon our unexpected visit to Douglas Jeep on Saturday afterno We are writing to commend the superb, excellent service we received from Jeremiah Bruner upon our unexpected visit to Douglas Jeep on Saturday afternoon, May 20, 2017. During a day trip to Venice Beach, we experienced an almost complete loss of power due to a suddenly dead battery accompanied by the vehicle's computer "loss of mind" in our 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Were lucky enough to get the car started at the beach, but living 45 minutes south in Punta Gorda it was a quick scramble to try and find a dealership. We discovered Douglas Jeep and Jeremiah immediately & pleasantly addressed our dilemma. He got our vehicle into the service bay, had everything checked out and after just less than an hour wait, found out that our battery was still under warranty. They replaced the battery, reset the computer system and we were happily on our way home, thanks to Jeremiah!! His helpfulness and wonderful demeanor are to be commended - thank you Jeremiah.
