Recall and another minor service matter I spoke with Jeramiah about the recall notice and he set up appointment to take care of it promptly. I received a note from Travis later to follow up and all the people I dealt with were most helpful. Since this was a new vehicle, there was another small item that needed to be taken care of, and again, it was dealt with professionally and promptly, and I was very pleased. More

Service Dept Timothy Racco's Exceptional Customer Service At 4:15 pm on Weds prior to Thanksgiving, our driver side window in our Dodge Ram Laramie would not roll up. The plastic switch was disengaged. With At 4:15 pm on Weds prior to Thanksgiving, our driver side window in our Dodge Ram Laramie would not roll up. The plastic switch was disengaged. With so many Holiday plans, it was critical we could use the one vehicle we had while we were out of town and be able to roll the window up and secure the vehicle. I called Timothy Racco and he did an outstanding job working this into the repair schedule and the guys even had to stay late to finish at a time when they should have left early to begin Holiday festivities. Timothy was extremely helpful, had the paperwork done in 5 mins and it was a perfect repair. Another great job for us by the Douglas Jeep Team! We highly recommend the sales, service and warranty dept staff's at this fine Dealership. More

This dealership just doesn't get it! Every time I bring my 2014 Cherokee in for service to these people I have another bad experience. They regularly forget to reset my "oil life" gauge Every time I bring my 2014 Cherokee in for service to these people I have another bad experience. They regularly forget to reset my "oil life" gauge after oil changes. Four times I've had to return to the dealership to have this reset. But the crowning achievement of poor service was when I made a special visit to make sure my car didn't have any outstanding recalls or advisories a couple days prior to heading up to Maine for the summer and was told everything was up to date. After arriving in Maine a week later and deciding I needed an oil change, the Maine Jeep dealer informed me that the car had two open recalls and three outstanding service advisories! I have brought my experiences to the attention of Douglas Jeep. Their reaction each time......Sorry. They just don't get it. More
