This dealership just doesn't get it! Every time I bring my 2014 Cherokee in for service to these people I have another bad experience. They regularly forget to reset my "oil life" gauge after oil changes. Four times I've had to return to the dealership to have this reset. But the crowning achievement of poor service was when I made a special visit to make sure my car didn't have any outstanding recalls or advisories a couple days prior to heading up to Maine for the summer and was told everything was up to date. After arriving in Maine a week later and deciding I needed an oil change, the Maine Jeep dealer informed me that the car had two open recalls and three outstanding service advisories! I have brought my experiences to the attention of Douglas Jeep. Their reaction each time......Sorry. They just don't get it. More

The breaks went 4 hours on the road. The tires weren't mounted right either, a tire place in Boston had to replace that. Sad. More

Tim Racco had so much knowledge and information on my car and the warranty, he was able to quickly find exactly what I needed. Every time thereafter he treats me with kindness and respect. Always has time and the patience needed to teach me about my new car. Transportation is always available. My last bill was more than I could afford, Tim spent the time at the end of the day to get me approved for a credit card account. I am so blessed to have a service advisor that I can trust and will go out of his way to make sure everything is done for my satisfaction and safety! More
Repair convertable top we have a 2000 Chrysler Sebring convertible with a top that would not go up or down anymore. Tried to get it repaired at another Chrysler dealer up we have a 2000 Chrysler Sebring convertible with a top that would not go up or down anymore. Tried to get it repaired at another Chrysler dealer up north with no success. Took it to Douglas Jeep in Venice Florida and they were very helpful in getting the top repaired. Tim Racco the service adviser went out of his way to guide me to where I could find the part that was needed and the dealer installed it in my car. The top now works just like new. More

Exceptional Service Department Adviser, Premium Service I own a 2015 Jeep Sahara an was driving down Rt 41 in Charlotte Fl near Punta Gorda Fl. My Jeep s transmission and differentials started acting up, th I own a 2015 Jeep Sahara an was driving down Rt 41 in Charlotte Fl near Punta Gorda Fl. My Jeep s transmission and differentials started acting up, this was accompanied by anti skid and traction control lights coming on the dash. I called one of Jeeps closest dealers and one of your competitors located in Punta Gorda and their service adviser could not tell me when or if they were able to schedule an appointment to schedule a repair. I explained to the service adviser that i was on a Lung Transplant list and a call to Tampa was imminent. My wife looked up Jeep dealers and we found Douglas Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge was nearer to our residence in Rotonda West. We called you dealership and spoke with Jeremiah Bruner and explained our predicament and not only was he able to diagnose the problem from his experience as a wheel sensor failure, he was more than receptive and asked if we could drop by that evening and let him hook the Jeep to his computer and retrieve the error codes. We immediately turned around and headed to your dealership. When we arrived Mr. Bruner greeted us at the service staging area and connected the Jeep and retrieved the error code which did verify his diagnosis. He asked if we could wait in the customer waiting room he would have it repaired shortly. It was less than 1 hour from arrival and meeting Mr. Bruner our vehicle was repaired and we were on our way. Mr. Bruner's professionalism and excellent customer service has won Douglas Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge a very grateful and permanent customer. Thank You Sigal Adkins, Rotonda West Fl. More
