I looked up your file and saw that the last service was a complimentary tire patch on your vehicle back in May 2016. I went over an alan wrench and brought my car to your dealership because I bought 2 tires from you, one of which had been flattened by the above mentioned wrench. At that time of the tire repair, I asked Tim to go over the dodge caravan to make sure the brakes were fine, the tires were good, the fluids were good, the oil was changed etc because I was driving to Boston alone as a recent widow. Tim said he would check everything, he said the car was fine and I took the car home. Within a few days I left for Boston, I thought the date was June 23rd 2016 but I might have been wrong.. I began the drive to my Boston Home on June 23rd 2016 and with a few hours my brakes went, I was in Cordele, Ga. I put Dodge Dearlership into my GPS and was brought to Southland Dodge in Cordele Ga, they had my car for 2 days, I had to stay in a local hotel, and Southland Dodge in Cordele Ga replaced the brakes. Southland said the brakes were down to the metal. Southland also smashed up the front end of my car while it was sitting at their dealership waiting for parts to repair the brakes, William is the manager at Southland if you want to call and talk to him. I continued to Boston with a constant low tire message on the dash board of the Dodge Caravan and when I got to Boston, I went to Sullivan's tire and they replaced the tire because it had been put on wrong by your dealership. Tim has all of the paperwork for all of this or I can bring it in to you again. I am just exhausted from the loss of my mom, husband, retiring, moving, selling my northern home and running contractors to make my Venice home nicer. I posted my comments today and got your call, you seemed to not understand or believe anything I said, I gave up, I am sorry, I am human and I am tired. Sincerely Gail
