Tim has made sure that we knew how to operate our vehicle, after our salesman said he would call to make an appt. but never did, he made certain there was a Jack today that we had been unknowingly driving without one since the date of purchase, and after other empty promises he also made sure that there were two vehicle let's and fobs.
