Yes, I would recommend this dealership! We had an appointment set up for 10 am yesterday with the service center. We were sent to John Grupe and had such an incredible experience! We knew that our new (used) vehicle needed an alignment, as well as a few other things. What we did not know was that the water pump was going. All of it got fixed. Had the car not started squealing, we would not have brought it in and they would not have found out that the water pump was bad! Of course with the two cars, we did get the best warranty's, though that does not kick in for 30 days. Our only upset has been that none of the scratches and one ding will not be fixed for us after purchasing two vehicles in the same day and having driven one of them off the lot with a not so good water pump. Our feeling was that, the least they could do was fix the scratches and dings. However, we cannot say enough about how this dealership, David Franklin, Tim in the service center and John go out of their way. John even made sure that we had a vehicle to borrow so that we could go home and check on our son that stayed home sick. There are a couple of people I personally would not use, but I would not feel it important to mention their names unless they were titled on the page. I would absolutely recommend this dealership over and over and over again! We are so impressed with how they bend over backwards for their costumers. Unfortunately one of the vehicles we purchased only came with one set of keys and the other set has never been found, so that leaves us with yet another outstanding purchase, however that is menial compared to what David Franklin, Tim Racco, and John Grupe have gone through to ensure our safety and happiness within this company. We are happy customers! More
