David looked at my potential trade and walked it past Dan Mosher, Sales Manager. After a few minutes of negotiations and their overwhelming effort to work with me I decided to purchase a new Grand Cherokee from Douglas. Five stars all the way with these two gentlemen. Wonderful courteous service staff I stopped in at this dealership after contacting a closer and larger dealership to me regarding the recalls on our airbags. The service person I spoke with on 2 separate occasions was quite rude and wouldn't help. After being referred to Douglas I stopped in and spoke to Jeramiah Bruner. He was extremely helpful and I was able to schedule the service on the recalls in a short period of time. There was no problem that I didn't have the "paperwork" with me, or anything else except the VIN numbers and the number of the recall. I do know that I will be dealing with Douglas when it comes time for anything else. Extremely courteous and considerate. More
