Dave helped us choose a vehicle on the lot that met our requirements for a light color and towing package plus a few nice options. Todd, the sales manager, put a deal together to turn in our Toyota lease and finance the Cherokee without a major up front investment. Bert, the F&I guy, was low pressure and got us an extended 5 year bumper to bumper warranty at a reasonable cost. After we closed the sale, Dave took us through the back end of the dealership for parts and service. The process to drive in with the Toyota and out with the Jeep took about five hours. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this dealership. . More

Oil change 11/03/2015 I had my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country in for an oil change and safety inspection. It was a great way to start my day. The service rep, Mr John Rangelo I had my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country in for an oil change and safety inspection. It was a great way to start my day. The service rep, Mr John Rangeloff, greeted me with a smile and had my vehicle in and out of the service bay in 25 minutes! The service team at Douglas is shiny example of Chrysler service!!! More

We had some immediate problems with the van, and the dealership was very patient and understanding when we brought it in for service several times for the same problem. Mr. Douglas called us to inform us he would make sure the problem was corrected. Thankfully, it was! Visiting the service department is always an excellent experience. Their sales staff was indifferent and could only show us 2 cars, neither of which I liked. They had no interest in working with us on financing and we walked out. I have been interested in the Chrysler 200 and really wanted to test drive one so we stopped at Douglas and met Tom. He was calm and patient and listened to us. I drove out that evening with a beautiful black 200 with a terrific finance rate because Tom listened to our plans of keeping this for a year and then trading it in for the 300. Needless to say Douglas is now our go to dealership thanks to Tom. More

Refreshing honesty & fairness All my life I have purchased cars from a family member in the car business. We moved to Florida and after a few years, visited a local dealership to trade the car. Long story short, after finding out that I had been lied to and taken advantage of (by their own dealers a year after the fact), not only did they get the $4000 equity in my trade in, I was also penalized for breaking my lease because, face it, who wants to do business with crooks??? Deciding that if I was going to have to pay for a car, I at least wanted to drive one I liked & wanted. I was a bit apprehensive with another trade in, however, it was time to move on. Words cannot begin to describe how enlightening it was to be told honestly and in language I actually understood what my options were and how they were going to work with me to get me in a vehicle I would love. Dave Barth and his associates were a breath of fresh air. They now have a customer for life & I will not hesitate to forward business in their direction every chance I get. Thanks again Douglas Chrysler Jeep in Venice!!! More

$$ Service though they sounded nice on the phone and were attentive when I brought my car in for broken latch cable, they took over 2 hours to "check" it out, (h though they sounded nice on the phone and were attentive when I brought my car in for broken latch cable, they took over 2 hours to "check" it out, (how difficult can this be?) charged me over $100 which included an equipment charge and conveniently forgot to tell my representative that I was waiting in customer waiting area for almost an hour. They had called me on my cell earlier but it did not come through. I subsequently told several others about my experience and 3 people told me they wouldn't go there or recommend this dealership for various reasons, mostly high price of service. They quoted me around $650 to fix the cable and hood latch; I was able to get it done for $237 elsewhere. More
