He had us stay inside the entire time and brought cars around the side so that we would not have to stay out in the heat. Tim Racco is great. I called the dealer and spoke to Tim. He said bring it in after work. I got there and in 20 mins it was diagnosed. They had to order a part. Great Deal! Excellent Salesman! But Poor Financing. I applied on RAM to get "pre-apptoved", it came back approved for $65,000. I took the email to the dealer and they told me that they don't follow tha I applied on RAM to get "pre-apptoved", it came back approved for $65,000. I took the email to the dealer and they told me that they don't follow that program. Then I found out that it's simply a "Bait & Switch" from RAM. I still had to apply for credit at the dealer and then they "steered" me into Ally Financing. I followed up with Chrysler Credit and then I was approved thru the dealer for Chrysler Credit at a much lower rate for a longer term. So I lowered my payment by $150 per month, be being diligent and not trusting the dealer finance department. Would have been a great experience since they got me the truck that I wanted for the Best Price, if it wasn't for the B.S. Financing. More
