Coolant flush and replaced . I specifically asked if coolant bottle would be cleaned. When I receive my car back it looked exactly the same as when I brought it in. I would have . No complaint with the senor bout was not informed of the 100.00 deductible for the warranty I Purchased. When sale was first made I was told warranty was for 100000 miles . I received a call 2 days later and was told my car was from Canada and would have to get an extended warranty instead. Fiance person said it coverage was the same but for 4 years from rates of purchase and 50000 miles. Overall I am happy with the car but dissatisfied with a simple maintenance issue.Staff was great. But I will do regular maintenance myself or higher a local business.I purchased this car in March 2015 it was a used car with very low miles.Brian was the sales person was great..Total bill was 275? 150.00 to drain and add new coolant is too high when I was expecting exceptional work More

Just in a frame of mind to complain about the Chrysler/Jeep policy of no spare tire in the Renegade Sport Model. Also was told at the time of purchase that no floor mats were available for the Renegade. Call me old fashioned, but I've never bought a car that had no spare tire or floor mats. Well, I got a personal phone call from the Owner Mr. Douglas. Very professional in explaining Jeeps policy on spare tire and was surprised that no floor mats were available when I leased my car. Offered to give me new mats, the new weather guard ones to show they do care about the customer. And NOW I feel that they do. In this time of businesses not making things right....these guys have it right! Thanks again for making amends and for caring about the customer. More
