Outstanding service level provided buy Tim Racco & Don Glen I recently had some major issues with my 2011 Town and Country. We were in Venice on Vacation from Ontario when the problems started to happen. We de I recently had some major issues with my 2011 Town and Country. We were in Venice on Vacation from Ontario when the problems started to happen. We dealt with both Don (the service manager) and with Tim on the second occasion. I have been driving for 50 years and over that time have visited many different service dealerships. I can tell you the service and treatment I received at this dealership was outstanding. The van was running very rough. I had already spent a considerable amount of money elsewhere trying to resolve the issue but no luck. So when I arrived at the dealership I was ready to explode at someone. Don took all the steam out of me with his customer service compassion and on the second visit Tim made the customer service experience even better. Well don to both of you. My van needed a replacement cylinder head, new on board computer, new water pump and a number of other things. Prior to meeting up with these two gentleman I was ready to dump both the van and Chrysler when I returned to Canada. But as a result of the service level experienced at while Douglas Jeep I will be keeping the van and the brand. Well done. Rigby Andrews More

Tim Racco is always very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and advises me on how to keep my older Jeep running without any problems. When I started bringing my then 9 yr. old Jeep (with 80,000 mi on it) in 2008 to them, I was very impressed with this dealership's customer loyalty. Thanks to their great care of me, my Jeep still runs problem-free and is now 16 yrs old (with 150,000 mi). I have never had to dish out money on unnecessary repairs. I never break down on the side of the road. I have even brought other make vehicles to them and they always do a wonderful job...I just won't go anywhere else. Douglas is the place to go if you want peace of mind, repairs done right the first time and a great price Thank you Douglas!!! More

Tim Racco "Rocks" I called Tim to tell him my Challenger was acting up and I was bringing it in. I arrived and knowing I was on my way to pick my son up at school, he I called Tim to tell him my Challenger was acting up and I was bringing it in. great customer service when i walked into Douglass Jeep used car lot ill be honest i was a little weary of what to expect especially since this would be my first new car eve when i walked into Douglass Jeep used car lot ill be honest i was a little weary of what to expect especially since this would be my first new car ever. i was referred by john grupe that if i was looking for a new car that this would be the best spot in town. and boy was he not lying i loved everything and almost everyone in the dealership. as soon as i got there john greeted me and told me that he would introduce me to one of the best sales persons he knew and and trusted. he was spot on. as soon as i met Kevin Meunier i felt as comfortable and calm as i ever been making such a huge investment in my life. Kevin greeted me with a smile and took me and my wife into his office to see what we were in the market for and after showing us a few options he suggested the Chrysler 200 and as soon as we seen the car we were in love. Kevin had hit it on the tip of the nail with this recommendation and there was no need to look anywhere else. Kevin grabbed the keys and it was smooth sailing ever since that first test drive. after that he in detail explained all the cost and expenses that were needed as well as the documentation. we confirmed a pick up date and through out the next couple days Kevin emailed and called me to make sure that any questions i had were answered and when i popped up on him in the middle of the day for a second test drive he gladly grabbed the keys and i then made the decision that this would be my car. on the day of my purchase Kevin was at our beck and call answering all questions we had and making sure the process was fast he even walked out with my wife to walk her dog which surprised me that he helped us with ALL of our needs. i stated to Kevin that while we were in the new car dealership that all the dealers looked mean and unapproachable and if it wasn't for him i would of NEVER bought a car at Douglass jeep. i even mentioned to my wife that Kevin was the kind of guy i would hang out with to a football game and have a couple beers.. all in all Kevin made my experience the greatest ever and i will ALWAYS go back to him for my car needs especially when i buy another car in 6 months. i even referred a stranger i met in the walmart parking lot to Kevin because she loved my car and i told her Kevin was the only guy i would recommend . so thank you Kevin for giving me the most enjoyable, comfortable and fulfilling experience I've ever had. keep up the mind blowing service and ill see you in 6 months. :))))))) More
