Well first of all I will never go back to Douglas Nissian service department again for any I live in Waco but I bought my Rouge from Frank at Garland Shelton i In Temple, very Man, it is a lease had trouble service department again for any I live in Waco but I bought my Rouge from Frank at Garland Shelton i In Temple, very Man, it is a lease had trouble with one of the tires. First of all sent me to Douglas Nissan to save me a trip to Temple. The lady in the service department was very obnoxious was trying to say I didn't have any kind of warranty and was not on any kind of program to have it fix had to call Frank and get a copy of my agreement then she stalled about getting the tire and wanting me to pay an outrageous amount for it when I know better so I call Frank back and Temple and he got in the tire and it didn't cost me as much as what she was trying to get out of me Just be careful and don't go into that xxxxxxx. My daughter is also going in there and she Pleased with them either that's why she went to Temple and I certainly won't go back and I have a friend who said he wouldn't go back that's pretty sad. Everyone has an opinion and that's mine More
