I have purchased several vehicles From this dealership in the past and have now had a very bad experience with the service department. The person that was helping me with my vehicle originally said my vehicle was going to be fixed in 4 days and after that 4 days I called almost every day and could never get ahold of her. When I spoke to someone else they would tell me she would call me back and never did. After 2-1/2 weeks I finally received a call that my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick it up I was told that it was something completely different from the first call I received. And the part that was bad was a sensor that was bad. Needless to say I was very disappointed. More

I'm giving them 2 stars because everyone was nice, but everything was pretty disorganized. When I first went to see the car, it still needed to be evaluated and cleaned before I could test drive. So I sch everything was pretty disorganized. When I first went to see the car, it still needed to be evaluated and cleaned before I could test drive. So I scheduled an appointment the following weekend. They called and I confirmed with them the day before that I would be there, but the car was still extremely dirty when I got there. It was a good deal, so I still decided to drive it and move forward with purchasing. In the middle of the process, I was then informed that the detailers had already left for the day so I would need to return at another date for 3-4 hours which was challenging with work. Then, I secured an auto loan from my bank in anticipation of purchasing the car and also checked in that my credit wouldn't be ran again. I was assured it wouldn't, but then they ran my credit 3 times. And lastly, they added in an "administrative fee" of $2500ish which wasn't fully explained and felt like pulling teeth trying to understand what that included. Again, everyone was super nice but the disorganization was very stressful for no reason. More
