Noticed a crack in the windshield after a few days of purchase and went to the desk to report it and was shocked to hear one of the used car dealers deny any responsibility. That's when Manny stood up and said, "show me the problem". He immediately told me he would take care of it. He's great, kept his word. Manny cares about his customers and replaced the windshield, brand new! Muchas Gracias Manny, you're the best! More

My car notified to service need so I call service department and make appointment after one week that was on February 29th 1.00 pm feb 28th they called me and confirmed my appointment too but when I department and make appointment after one week that was on February 29th 1.00 pm feb 28th they called me and confirmed my appointment too but when I go there the service team says no one informed them so that I have to stay 4 hrs if need to do after lots of discussion they put me to finance department I so them my service agreement for 2 years which charged me 4000 $ he says they do only beak down he didn’t understand service agreement is for service it’s not breakdown that’s coming under warranty. The salesperson Ben, did a great job. I am very satisfied with his service. However, the Downey Hyundai office itself has bad communication channeling. I have to say i was very impressed with the GREAT customer service from Lala, Diana and George, from helping me pick my car to getting me a great deal that was best for me. Thanks to them this New Sonata is now my second car from Hyundai. When I purchase my third car I am definitely returning to this team. I wouldn’t chose another dealership.
