Jaclyn helped me out with my car problem and she was very polite, caring and professional. I car was fixed at no charge which was awesome. The only reason I didn't give the dealership a perfect score was bec polite, caring and professional. I car was fixed at no charge which was awesome. The only reason I didn't give the dealership a perfect score was because they took a long time to give me my vehicle that day when I came to pick it up. They had me wait outside for about 25 minutes.
