Terrible communication with their customers. They had my car in their shop for days without letting me know what was happening to my car. I do not recommend this location at all! Well honestly I was completely surprised having bad experiences in the city of Downey and having bad experience previously with other car dealerships who kept promising me deals and upon arrival failin experiences in the city of Downey and having bad experience previously with other car dealerships who kept promising me deals and upon arrival failing to do so this dealership was totally honest creative and sincere and everything they did... I'm especially astounded and surprised by the persistence of Ed Garcia the sales agent who disregarded my negative perspective of dealerships as a whole and that area Downey and my hardships of transporting myself to a dealership without a car he came and picked me up from my home great conversation on the way to the dealership upon arriving at the dealership he took quick action in my application quick action with the management and finance department to get the job done using his creative contacts as well as the financing department using their creative contacts and the car that I was expecting or trying to obtain was nowhere near that beautiful Elantra that he brought out for me the payments were a shock and upcoming insurance was a shock to me only because I haven't purchased a car in many many years but after explanation by the finance company will department I was brought up to date and I was happy to see the financing is perfect and it fits my budget and also after some payments are made on my behalf specifically 10 the finance agent advised me on what my credit rating will be at that point it will be upgraded and I will be able to come back and do some refinancing or getting a bigger larger automobile so in closing I have no problems no negative thoughts for Downey Hyundai kudos for the whole office and I'm working on trying to bring some of my own friends and relatives who would need a car to come to see you More
Isaac was great, he explained things well to me and made me feel comfortable with the services being provided to my vehicle. Communication is horrible for many reasons. I’ll just give one reason of the bad communication. I was told my car would be ready by 2:00 to 2:30pm, I arrived at 3:00pm they said 15 more minutes I’ll just give one reason of the bad communication. I was told my car would be ready by 2:00 to 2:30pm, I arrived at 3:00pm they said 15 more minutes but the car was ready by 4:40pm. It took 25 minutes to move my car from one lot to the other. They never came to me to let me know it’s going to be a little longer or anything. I had to keep going to them to ask what’s going on. More
