Overall a pleasant experience with Downey Hyundai. Sales person was polite and friendly. Manager was inflexible in price compromise. Too much extra charges in "accessories" added to the advertised Sales person was polite and friendly. Manager was inflexible in price compromise. I took my car in for a recall and even though I had an appointment at 10:00 am, more than 2 hrs after my car wasn’t ready. When I personally asked Gio about the status of my service, he then went to get appointment at 10:00 am, more than 2 hrs after my car wasn’t ready. When I personally asked Gio about the status of my service, he then went to get my car to the service shop and everything all together only took less than 15 min. I also wanted to have an oil change done on my car but after listening to two other clients that they had waited more than 2 hrs. I changed my mind. This was my first time visiting your dealership and unfortunately you guys didn’t meet my expectations!! More
